In this position, you will assist patients with their daily living needs, provide compassionate care, and generally increase their quality of life. Responsibilities may include assisting with hygiene needs and communicating with the Transitional Coordinator. We are seeking dedicated and realiable Caregivers to join our team. Caregivers provide essential non-medical support to clients, helping them maintain independence and dignity. 

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide companionship and emotional supportAssist with grooming, dressing, and personal care (non-medical).Support clients with light housekeeping and meal preparation.Assist with mobility, safety supervision, and daily routines.Run errands and provide transportation (if permitted).Maintain clear communication with the office and follow care plans.Document daily activities and client updates. QualificationsExperience in caregiving preferred but not required-we provide training.Must be dependable, compassionate, and patient.First aid and CPR-certifiedValid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.Ability to pass a background check per Ohio state requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal spillsAbility to lift heaving objectsAbility to work with limited supervisionMust have good verbal and written communicationEvidence of maturity and great work ethic. What We Offer
