Base Pay Range
$75,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr
We’re hiring a Consultant to join our consulting arm, P&P Partner, and deliver high-impact accounting and finance solutions for Fortune 500 clients.
As a full-time consultant, you’ll represent our firm on strategic projects — from accounting operations to financial planning and reporting — helping top organizations maintain excellence and compliance while driving results.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to ongoing and project-based accounting and finance initiatives for Fortune 500 companies.
- Support key finance functions including month-end close, reconciliations, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with client teams to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and deliver meaningful financial insights.
- Adapt quickly to new corporate environments, ensuring seamless integration with client standards and systems.
- Work in a hybrid model, with regular presence in Downtown Houston, depending on client needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong foundation in accounting, corporate finance, or audit.
- Prior Big4/Big6 experience is highly preferred, given the level of exposure and standards required by Fortune 500 clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under deadlines.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification a plus).
