Information Technology Services Specialist
Base pay range
$50.00/hr – $55.00/hr
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The software trainer will be responsible for the delivery of software training programs, creating instructional materials, and providing support to help Operations Support Associates and Customer Service Representatives in the companies WSS LIT division become proficient in a new ERP system. They collaborate with subject matter experts to determine course design, delivery formats, and course manuals. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create training materials and resources to support user learning
- Update existing business process documentation to reflect changes for new ERP System
- Conduct training sessions for individuals and groups, both in-person and online, on new ERP system
- Provide ongoing support to users, answer questions, and offer follow-up training or refresher courses
- Work with cross-functional teams to assess progress and effectiveness of the training approach and recommend changes for an improved training experience
- Access and evaluate learner progress
- Provide ad-hoc training and support as needed
